Description: As a Regional Sales Manager at Fondprodukter AB, you'll have an independent and varied role where you build strong customer relationships through regular customer visits in your district. The position combines active field sales with trade show participation, budget responsibility and follow-up, as well as collaborative support on the warehouse when needed. You'll have the opportunity to represent an established company and work systematically in our CRM system according to our sales process. About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you're responsible for visiting and developing customers within your district, working systematically according to the company's sales process. The role involves regular travel with overnight stays, participation in trade shows, and ongoing budget and follow-up work. Approximately >50 overnight stays per year are expected. The position is based in our modern facilities in Karlstad. About You: You enjoy a fast pace, being close to operations, and working collaboratively with your sales team. You're motivated by a culture characterized by accountability, positive energy, and long-term customer relationships. We're Looking For: Experience in field sales or B2B sales organizations Documented ability to create structure, routines, and follow-up, ideally with your own sales budget Strong financial understanding (budgets, gross profit, margins) System experience and CRM/ERP proficiency - preferably Pyramid Valid B driver's license It's a Plus If You: Have experience in the hunting, shooting, sports, or outdoor industry Have worked with resellers, retail chains, or large customers Have worked in seasonal operations with a broad product portfolio As a Person: You're relationship-focused and thrive in customer interactions where you build trust and long-term partnerships. You're self-directed, work systematically with CRM, and are motivated by achieving results in your district. You're flexible and unpretentious, with a confident and professional presence in both customer meetings and at trade shows.
