We are looking for a new Site Manager for our facility in Kiruna who, with inspired leadership and first-class customer service, wants to help people realize their building dreams! In your role as Site Manager, you are ultimately responsible for: Creating the conditions for the store to deliver first-class service to our customers and personally contributing to this Motivating and developing your team members to succeed with their tasks, including: recruitment, onboarding, and development responsibility Working to sell high-quality building materials at the market's best prices Ensuring a neat, clean, and profitable facility Setting budgets Creating work schedules and adjusting staffing based on customer flow and inventory deliveries Qualifications Bbyggmax Site Managers have the ability to motivate their team members to give 100%, create successful operations, and highly satisfied customers. Therefore, we see that you have experience leading others and maintaining high engagement, while also being sales-oriented, preferably with experience from retail. Running a facility requires a pragmatic approach and good analytical skills. Perhaps you already have management responsibility or feel ready for it? Most importantly, however, you must be passionate about creating high customer satisfaction and strong engagement and well-being among your team members.
