About the Job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Kungsbacka Södercity! The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies Start date: 2026-08-17 or by agreement Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
