About the role: As store manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, driving, and developing the store with a clear commercial focus. Your mission is to ensure an attractive, inspiring, and profitable store where customer experience, business results, and team go hand in hand. You actively work toward the store's goals in sales, profitability, and customer experience while creating the right conditions for your team to develop, perform, and deliver world-class service. Some of your main responsibilities will be to: • Lead, coach, and develop the store team • Manage the store's sales, profitability, and KPIs • Create engagement, motivation, and a strong team spirit • Ensure top-class customer experience and service • Oversee staffing, recruitment, and employee development • Ensure the store maintains high standards both visually and commercially • Drive improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability About you: To succeed in this role, we believe you are a confident and inspiring leader with a strong business drive.
