Job Responsibilities As an employee with us, you will be an important part of our residents' daily lives and contribute to them having a safe and meaningful existence, including helping them with: Personal care Meals and nutrition Social support You will also perform delegated tasks from healthcare personnel, such as exercise or medication management. A very important part of the work is to document the care work in our activity system according to instructions and the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommendations. This means keeping notes about our residents' health and wellbeing as well as reporting any changes. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant You need to be able to document digitally and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you have experience in care and nursing, that is a plus. Abilities and Skills To thrive with us, you need to have a genuine commitment to elderly care and a warm attitude toward people.
