Vehicle Mechanics wanted immediately for Blomqvist Bil & Däckservice in Höör AB (AD Bilverkstad & Euromaster Däck & Fordonsservice). About the Position We are now looking for two driven and skilled mechanics for our workshop. We believe that you who apply are technically skilled, communicative, and of course proud of your professional practice. As a vehicle mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. This is very important because 75% of our customers are corporate clients who have high demands on us and expect well-executed work completed within the agreed timeframe. You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The position involves tire service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on cars, light trucks, and motorhomes of most makes. Service and repairs of other vehicles such as ATVs and side-by-side machines (UTVs) as well as electric vehicles on 2 wheels may also occur. Qualifications To be suitable for this role, we see that you have: • A burning interest in technology and vehicle mechanics. • Documented relevant training. • Documented experience working as a vehicle mechanic. • Good administrative skills and computer proficiency. • Strong communication skills. • Tire mounting and balancing. • Wheel alignment on various vehicles. • AC work. • Welding knowledge. • Good customer service skills are important. • Experience with agricultural and tractor tires, including tire repair. You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and see challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can work under time pressure. You learn new instructions easily, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a passion for service. A minimum of a B driver's license is required, but preferably BE, C, or CE. This is a full-time position. Individual salary negotiation. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
