JOB DUTIES The preschool pool consists of staff who cover the needs that arise within preschools with short notice. As a member of the preschool pool, you will work at various preschools within Kiruna C and Jukkasjärvi, where you will meet many different people in a short time. It is therefore important that you are someone who enjoys variety, both when it comes to coworkers, children, parents, and workplaces. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone with childcare worker training/qualification from the children and recreation program. We place great importance on personal suitability. You should be flexible and have good interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate and adapt to new ways of working. You have a professional approach to children, guardians and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. A positive perspective where opportunities rather than obstacles are emphasized is characteristic of you. Due to the law on suitability checks, an extract from the police criminal record must be presented upon employment. Order one at the same time you submit your application as the processing time at the Police is approximately 2 weeks.
