We are looking for someone who is self-directed in pedagogical instruction and enjoys taking an active responsibility. At Aspenäs Preschools, we believe in the power of positive encounters. You love interacting with children and are skilled at communicating with both older and younger ages. For you, collaboration with colleagues is self-evident – we help each other and bring out each other's strengths. You feel comfortable in teaching situations and know how to capture children's curiosity in the moment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is confident in your role and dares to lead the group of children through various teaching activities • Creates security and good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues • Has good communication skills • Is a team player who sees collaboration as key to a successful preschool A childcare provider qualification is required.
