About the Position As an Automation Electrician, you will be part of our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Team is an important part of our production organization, and you will also work closely with maintenance mechanics. Together, you will be responsible for developing, securing, and optimizing production through technical improvements and smart solutions. You will work in a production environment with machinery consisting of extrusion machines, post-processing equipment, and other advanced production equipment. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repair work. Documentation is performed in the MaintMaster maintenance system. You naturally move between independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, which requires both initiative and teamwork. The role suits you if you thrive in an active and changing production environment where the pace varies and where you have the opportunity to influence and develop the technology in your daily work. Working hours are scheduled for daytime 06:00-14:30 on weekdays Monday-Friday, with on-call duty every 4th weekend. The position will be filled by agreement and is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has a technical background in electrical and automation systems and who enjoys a role where you can combine problem-solving with practical work in production. You have an understanding of how deviations occur in production and are experienced in analyzing causes, identifying patterns, and developing sustainable solutions that reduce the risk of recurring problems.
