We think innovatively and invest in person-centered care and teamwork. We're looking for two occupational therapists for our special housing facilities for seniors. Through teamwork, you and your colleagues work with the staff at our facilities. To allow you to focus on your work as an occupational therapist, you'll receive support from our rehabilitation assistants with administration, prescribed training, and assistive devices. With us, you'll receive comprehensive introduction, and if you're newly qualified, we offer you a mentor. We are approximately 30 employees who enjoy our work and each other. The office is located about two kilometers from the central station. We believe it's important to care for you as an employee by offering the opportunity to work remotely, either from home or while traveling to and from work, in addition to flexible hours. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an occupational therapist, you work to strengthen individuals' independence in daily life. You get to know the people we serve and follow their development over time. We are valued at our facilities with many who request our support. In the role, you have close collaboration with physiotherapists, both in pairs and in smaller teams. You also collaborate with nurses, care staff, and other professionals. The work includes mentoring students during their work-based learning (VFU). You plan your own work day and have the opportunity to influence and develop our work. If you start with us, we would like to see you contribute to the development of, for example, digitalization and collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you who have a B driver's license and are a qualified occupational therapist with Swedish credentials, or you will complete your education during the current term. As a person, you are perceptive, flexible, and solution-focused. It's an advantage if you've worked with this target group before, but it's not necessary. Through your ability to collaborate with others, we develop together the daily life for the people we serve.
