About the Position We are looking for a self-driven and organized Warehouse Supervisor for our picking department with experience in warehouse operations. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy. As we are now transitioning to handheld devices, it is a merit if you have worked with these systems. Main Responsibilities: Lead and oversee order picking for customers, including general merchandise, refrigerated, and frozen services. Collaborate with the picking team to minimize errors. Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a supervisory position with responsibility for other employees, or in a similar role. Driver's license (Category B) is mandatory. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish. Meticulous, responsible, and with strong planning abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in both refrigerated and frozen environments.
