Sous Chef for Restaurant in Central Stockholm We are now seeking a Sous Chef for an established restaurant in central Stockholm. About the Role As a sous chef, you work closely with the head chef and are responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. You lead the work during service, ensure quality, and make sure the team functions effectively. Your main responsibilities: * Lead and distribute work in the kitchen during service * Ensure quality, taste, and presentation * Support menu development and planning * Introduce and develop staff members * Contribute to order, structure, and a good work environment About the Position The position is full-time with a rotating schedule. Working hours are mainly in the evenings and weekends. Start date by agreement.
