YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY As a sales product manager for our digital solutions Cropline and Cordulus, you are part of the business team in your operating area and are responsible for driving, managing, and developing your product area in terms of profitability and product offerings. The role also includes coaching salespeople with information about existing and new products and actively selling yourself. Your focus is on sales, relationship building, and business development – both with new and existing customers. You have a clear responsibility for your sales area and follow up your results together with the sales manager. With strong drive and good market knowledge, you help create the future of agricultural solutions and real value for our customers. Together with knowledgeable colleagues and product managers, you tailor offerings that strengthen both the customer's operations and our business. The position is 100% permanent with a 6-month trial period. You are responsible for: • Driving sales and creating customer relationships within your geographic area with focus on plant cultivation • Managing, driving, and developing our digital solutions • Actively engaging new and existing customers through direct sales • Identifying customer needs and offering value-creating solutions • Working toward established sales targets and following up results with your immediate manager • Staying updated on products, market, and competitors YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is: • Technically interested and solution-oriented • A communicative and trustworthy relationship builder • Solution-oriented and sees opportunities • Business-driven with strong determination to achieve results • Passionate about sales and customer contact • Independent and initiative-taking, with the ability to take personal responsibility • Flexible and enjoys a varied daily routine You have: • Experience in sales and/or consulting to plant cultivation farms • Technical interest and preferably technical experience • Good understanding and interest in Swedish agriculture • Relevant education, such as agronomist, agricultural technician, land manager, or equivalent experience • Good computer skills • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written • Category B driving license and ability to travel for work ARE YOU INTERESTED?
