We are looking for a dedicated and experienced administrator/accountant who wants to become an important part of our team. About Us The Carpenters is an established construction company in the Gothenburg area with approximately 20 employees. Since 2003, we have helped homeowners with renovations, extensions, and new construction. We enjoy taking full responsibility in our projects and work according to our core values TEO – Accessibility, Engagement, and Thoughtfulness. Responsibilities As an administrator/accountant, you are responsible for the company's day-to-day finances and administration, including: - Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable - Invoicing - Payments - Ongoing accounting - Payroll management - Basic HR-related tasks, such as contract management - Other administrative tasks that occur in the office About You We are looking for someone with experience from a similar role, preferably in a small or medium-sized company. You are thorough, organized, and self-directed, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
