Responsibilities As a first-line manager, you are responsible for the daily leadership of operations with a focus on quality, work environment, finances, and development. You lead employees close to operations and actively work to create participation, engagement, and good collaboration. You participate in the management group and contribute to the development of future primary care, particularly in the Operations Manager area of Orsa and Mora. The role includes, among other things: leading and developing operations and employees creating favorable conditions for a sustainable working life working with quality, patient safety, and operational monitoring driving change and improvement initiatives collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications We are looking for a present and clear leader with the ability to build trust and engagement. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people and development.
